My Startup Lab is committed to delivering high-quality educational products. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, this policy explains how and when you can request a refund.
This policy applies to all purchases made on mystartuplab.in, including AI educational courses and CivilsAdda UPSC quiz subscriptions.
To request a refund, email support@mystartuplab.in with your Order ID and reason. We respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–7 business days.
This applies to: AI Coder Course, AI Content Creator Course, and any other AI course priced at ₹4,999.
Once approved, refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Because this is a digital access product with immediate content delivery:
To request: Email support@mystartuplab.in within 48 hours with your Order ID.
If a technical issue prevented access, but no automatic refund was processed within 3 days, email support@mystartuplab.in with your payment reference number.
To cancel: Log in to your CivilsAdda account and go to Subscription Settings, or email support@mystartuplab.in.
To request: Email support@mystartuplab.in with your Order ID and subscription start date.
If your payment was successfully debited but your course or test access was not activated within 30 minutes, we will automatically reverse the charge within 3 business days. You do not need to raise a support request.
If the reversal has not occurred after 3 business days, please email support@mystartuplab.in with your payment reference number and bank statement showing the debit.
If you were charged more than once for the same order, we will refund the duplicate charge in full within 3 business days of identifying the error.

Response time: Within 2 business days
Refund processing: Within 5–7 business days of approval, to your original payment method
We request that you contact us at support@mystartuplab.in before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
If a chargeback is raised without contacting us first, My Startup Lab reserves the right to suspend or terminate the associated account pending investigation.
