My Startup Lab ("we", "us", "our") is a startup execution lab and educational platform operated as a Sole Proprietorship by Pawan Chamadiya.

By accessing our website or purchasing any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Services

My Startup Lab offers the following products and services. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2.1 AI Educational Courses

• AI Coder Course (Classes 8–12, Ages 12–18): ₹4,999 per enrollment — Live online sessions teaching app development and Google Play Store publishing.
• AI Content Creator Course: ₹4,999 per enrollment — Content creation skills using AI tools.
• AI Study Tools Course: ₹999 per enrollment — Study-focused AI productivity tools for students.
• AI Classes for Kids (Ages 10–17): Pricing as listed on the AI Classes product page — Practical, hands-on AI education through live sessions.

2.2 CivilsAdda — UPSC Quiz & Learning App

• Pay-Per-Test: ₹50 per test — Access to one full-length topic-wise MCQ test (up to 100 questions) with detailed explanations.
• Monthly Subscription: ₹199 per month — Unlimited access to all tests, daily current affairs quiz, and performance dashboard.
• Annual Subscription: ₹999 per year — All monthly benefits plus downloadable PDF notes and priority support.

2.3 Rise AI App

Rise AI is a free productivity application available on Google Play Store. There are currently no paid features.

3. Payment Terms

All payments for My Startup Lab products are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) through our payment gateway partner, Cashfree Payments.

• Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets (as enabled by Cashfree).
• Payment is due at the time of enrollment or purchase. Access is granted only upon successful payment confirmation.
• For CivilsAdda pay-per-test purchases: test access is unlocked immediately upon payment confirmation.
• A transaction confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address within 30 minutes of a successful payment.
• We do not store your credit/debit card details or UPI credentials. All payment data is handled securely by Cashfree Payments, which is PCI DSS compliant.
• In case of a failed transaction where the amount was debited from your account, we will initiate a refund within 3 business days without requiring a support request.

4. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older to make a purchase, or have verifiable parental/guardian consent.
• For AI Classes for Kids, enrollment requires a parent or guardian to complete the registration and payment process.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• One account per person. Sharing account credentials to provide access to multiple users is prohibited.

5. Refund & Cancellation

Our refund and cancellation policy is governed by our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy page, which forms a part of these Terms and Conditions.

In summary: course purchases have a 7-day refund window with conditions; CivilsAdda pay-per-test purchases are non-refundable once the test is accessed; subscriptions can be cancelled anytime but are non-refundable for the current billing period (except annual plans cancelled within 7 days of initial purchase).

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on the My Startup Lab platform — including course material, quiz questions, explanations, notes, videos, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of My Startup Lab and is protected by applicable Indian copyright laws.
• Purchasing a course or test grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to access the content for your own learning.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, resell, publicly display, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from our platform without prior written permission.
• Screen recording, downloading, or sharing of paid course or quiz content is strictly prohibited.

7. User Conduct

By using our platform, you agree not to:

• Share your account login credentials with others.
• Use any automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute quiz questions or course content.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the operation of the platform.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate termination of your account without a refund.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• We do not guarantee that CivilsAdda's quiz content will directly correlate to questions appearing in any specific UPSC examination.
• Educational outcomes vary by individual effort and are not guaranteed.
• We are not liable for any technical outages, service interruptions, or data loss beyond our reasonable control.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Satna, India.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at support@mystartuplab.in to resolve the matter informally.

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we have designated a Grievance Officer to address user complaints and concerns:

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 15 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
